Templates, not legal advice. Docly provides document templates based on common formats. It does not provide legal advice and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. You are responsible for ensuring any document you generate is accurate, lawful and appropriate for your situation.

Use of the service

You may use Docly to generate documents for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to create false, misleading or fraudulent documents, or to impersonate any person or organisation you are not authorised to represent.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any generated document will be accepted by a particular bank, embassy, employer or authority, or that it complies with the laws of any specific jurisdiction.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Docly is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of generated documents.

Payments & refunds

Paid features are billed through our payment provider. If a paid download fails to generate, contact hello@docly.app and we will make it right.
