Docly is designed to be privacy-friendly. The details you type into a document generator are processed in your browser to build the live preview and the PDF you download. We do not require an account to use the free generators.

Information we collect

Document data: Names, salaries, dates and other values you enter are used only to generate your document and are not sent to or stored on our servers as part of the free generation flow.

Analytics: We use privacy-respecting, cookie-light web analytics to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Email (optional): If you choose to have a document emailed to you or sign up for updates, we store the email address you provide for that purpose.

Payments

Paid features are handled by a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record. Card details are processed by that provider and are never stored by Docly.
